George was a great friend in grade school. He lived Down dead man's alley. That road juss north of corpus christi baseball diamond, corner house, one short block up from 7th st. I believe or one north of it. Well anyway we got in and out of trouble 3/4 times a week. Must of been there neighbor hood.
George was the ultimate gentleman. When we dated, he treated me like a queen. My parents adored him. He continued to stay in touch with them until his entirely too young death. He gave me a single yellow rose in a green vase for my 13th birthday, and I still have the vase and think of him whenever I use it.

George was cool. He had a deep volce and could do the full beard in 8th grade. I am not sure how he died, but I hope he enjoyed his life.
